2016年7月26日，宁波市康复医院迎来CARF认证国际项目主管Christine MacDonell女士现场指导CARF认证准备工作。

作为CARF在中国的唯一合作方，2017年2月底，OKEWAY受邀参与了在CARF总部图森举行的结局管理培训课程。课程为期三天，旨在帮助学员深入了解结局管理各方面内容，三天的时间里，课程紧紧围绕结局系统建设主题，讲述了结局管理理念、结局数据收集和处理方法、数据信息获取和结局系统搭建等内容。
